Andrea Badenoch has written two London based crime novels, Mortal and Driven which have been described as "grim and beautifully written" and "terrific thrillers". Her third novel Blink, set in County Durham, (Macmillan) will appear in March 2001. She lectures part time and co-edits the annual anthology Writing Women.
